Event and Venue Coordinator
The Event & Venue Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering events across facilities owned and operated by the New Zealand National Fieldays Society.
You’ll work closely with event owners, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver events from initial brief through to execution. This includes managing event logistics, supplier coordination, compliance requirements, venue presentation, and financial performance.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring every event is delivered professionally, safely, and to a high standard with a strong focus on customer experience.
Communications and Content Specialist
We’re looking for a Communications and Content Specialist to help shape how we tell our story, engage our audiences, and bring our events and brand to life across multiple platforms.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating compelling content, enjoys working across digital and traditional channels, and takes pride in delivering meaningful communications that connect with diverse audiences.
