Event & Venue Coordinator
The Event & Venue Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering events across facilities owned and operated by the New Zealand National Fieldays Society.
You’ll work closely with event owners, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver events from initial brief through to execution. This includes managing event logistics, supplier coordination, compliance requirements, venue presentation, and financial performance.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring every event is delivered professionally, safely, and to a high standard with a strong focus on customer experience.
